  • Where are you located?
    • We have recently moved and expanded over at 165 K Street, downtown Rock Springs. 
  • What are STUDIO DESIGNS FLORAL & CO.’s hours of operation? 
    •  Our hours change depending on the season and the demands of our clients, but typically our hours are 9-12 on Mondays, 9-5 Tuesday-Friday, and closed on the weekends. 
  • What are your prices?
    • We design based off your budget. Specific requests will require additional information for a quote. Non specifics are based off of your budget and preferances. 
  • How do I contact STUDIO DESIGNS FLORAL & CO. directly?
    •  You can call or text 307-264-3238 any time.
  • Will my flower arrangement look exactly as pictured online?
    •  No. We do our absolute best to mimic the style you choose on our website, however, even using the same exact flowers and colors may result in a slightly different look. Each flower is unique in their own way, just like we are. 
    • Our weekly inventory is constantly changing due to availability and freshness. So we may not always have exactly what is on our website. However, we will design it as similar as we possibly can and will always notify you of substitutions. A picture will be sent before delivery so you still see what you ordered. 
  • How will I know if my order has been received?
    •  We send a picture of the arrangement once it has been made and we send a delivery confirmation once it has been delivered. If there are any other status changes to your order, we notifiy you by phone or email so you are never left wondering. 
  • Can I get a picture of the floral design I purchased?
    •  Yes. A picture is always emailed to you as soon as it is complete. 
  • Is there any special information needed to deliver an arrangement to a funeral home?
    •  As long as we know who's service it is for, we can aquire any information you do not have. 
  • Do you deliver on Sundays?
    •  Not typically, but sometimes we make exceptions. Please call us directly at 307-264-3238 to work out the details. 
  • What happens if I provide an incorrect delivery address?
    •  If we attempt delivery to the recipient and the address is incorrect, we will call any or all the phone numbers we have on file to find the correct address, at which point we will re attempt delivery. In some cases, there may be an additional delivery charge applied. 
  • Is tax included in the price of the arrangement?
    •  No. Tax will be added to your order total at check out. 
  • What happens to my order when you attempt delivery and the recipient is not at home?
    •  We call the recipient before leaving, to ensure they really aren't home. If we are able to reach them, we schedule a redelivery at a time that works best for them. If we are unable to reach them, we leave a message and bring the arrangement back to the shop. If we have not heard back from them by the end of the day, we will re attempt. If the second attempt is not successful, we will leave a door tag on the door with our contact information. At this point, we will contact you, the sender, to update you on the order. A third attempt will not be made until we have confirmed when they will be home, but we do not give up on calling the recipient until we have reached them to reschedule. 
  • How do I cancel my order?
    •  To cancel, please call us directly at 307-264-3238
  • How do Subscription Flowers work?
    •  Select your preferred style when checking out. You set the details and your subscription will automatically renew according to the frequency that you set. You can cancel at any time. Changes can always be made mid subscription. 
  • Where do you deliver?
    •  We deliver to most of the Southwest Wyoming region, including Rock Springs, Green River, Farson, Superior, Point of Rocks, Pinedale, Kemmerer, Manilla, etc. Some areas require more than a days notice. We make exceptions for other areas dependant on circamstances and availability.
  • Can I specify a specific time for delivery?
    •  Yes. We can typically deliver within a specified time with the proper notice. We can also accomodate to last minute requests but availability may vary. 
    • During holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, a specified time may be requested but is not guarenteed due to high order volume. It is our priority to do our absolute best and can usually accomodate, however, it is best to have a back up option just in case. 
  • Is the information I provide during the checkout process kept private?
    •  All information is kept private and is saved on a secure network. Your information will never be shared or sold. Privacy is sacred and we respect that. 
    • Disclaimer - If an officer of the law requests information, we will share the information we have on file. This will be the only instant that any information will be shared. 
  • What payment options do you offer? 
    •  We accept credit cards, cash, check, and can also accept Venmo or Paypal if needed.
  • I need flowers for my wedding. Can you help with that?
    • Yes! Visit our wedding website https://www.studiodesignsfloralco.com and click the "event inquiry" tab to submit a request for information. Or you can call or text us directly at 307-264-3238
  • Do you do Tuxedo/Suit Rentals?
    • Yes we do! We have an extensive catalog for you to choose your styles and colors from, we will take all your measurements, and have your tuxedo/suit in shop the week of your event. We will give you a call when it arrives so that you can come in to try on the tux/suit. If for any reason the tuxedo/suit does not fit appropriately, we will have time to make any adjustments needed. Then all you have to do is look sharp for your event and return the tuxedo/suit the following Monday, no cleaning neccessary. 


  • Do I have to wear a mask when visiting STUDIO DESIGNS FLORAL & CO. flower shop?
    •  No. Masks are welcome but not required. We respect everyone's own freedoms and choice in the matter.
  • Do you do contact-free deliveries? 
    •  Yes, we do offer contact-free deliveries. In these cases, we set the item on the porch, take a step back, and get a verbal acceptance for the item. All items are disinfected and precautions are always taken in any case. 
  • How are you taking precautions for COVID-19?
    •  Surfaces are always cleaned with a disinfectant between in person interactions. We always disinfect our hands between interactions, such as deliveries or exchange of credit cards. Vases are always disinfected before delivery. See contact-free deliveries for more information.
